BIO-HCG Phase 3 Food List

In addition to using the Bio-HCG + ampoules, you also follow a diet based on pure food. Fresh vegetables, meat, fish and chicken and not too much from jars and sachets. So absolutely no monotonous shakes and bars! This diet is practically fat and carbohydrate free and is based on 500 kilocalories. The remaining energy gets the Bio-HCG + out of your fat reserves and that’s why you fall off.

At the Bio HCG Diet + cure you will receive a manual containing nutritional guidelines and a handy shopping list. Within the guidelines of the manual you are free to prepare your own dishes. To make it as easy as possible there are recipes for the 24 days that you follow the diet. Do you have questions during the slimming treatment or nutrition, or products you can always send us an e-mail and you will receive advice from us very quickly? Only at Bio HCG consultant you will receive additional information so that you immediately start well and achieve maximum results.

Example Bio-HCG eating schedule:

8.00 am: Apple (optional, provided it is not consumed at 8 pm)
10.30 am: Tea / coffee / water with melba toast or breadstick or rice cake (natural)
12.30 hours: 100 grams of meat or fish and unlimited vegetables
14.30: Bouillon (Knorr or Maggi green jar) with melba toast or breadstick or rice cake (natural)
4.30 pm: Apple
6.30 pm: 100 grams of meat or fish and unlimited vegetables
20.00: Apple (optional, provided it is not consumed at 08.00)

Example Bio-HCG recipe:
Garlic chicken (2 portions)
Ingredients:
200 gr. chicken breast
5 cloves of garlic
1 red chilli
5 tomatoes
100 ml fat-free stock
4 shallots or small onions
Parsley
Celery
Rosemary

Stabilize after the Bio-HCG cure

After the cure it is important to keep your new weight, that is why it is very important to stabilize well, otherwise the well-known yo-yo effect may occur. In the manual that we supply with the Bio HCG cure is described in detail how you can best stabilize to hold the new weight.
It is important to check your weight every day and if necessary jump in with a fruit or apple day.
