HCG Diet Plan Phase 1
HCG Diet of Phase 1 is very important for the next Phase of Diet when the HCG will be actually administered every day. This phase is the preparation stage to lose weight by increasing the metabolic rate of the body. There is a list of things to be done along with a list of things that needs to be consumed to stimulate metabolism and improve digestion. By Dr. Simeon’s theory it had to be done only on the first two days of the program, but today the theory has been changed as the lifestyle patterns of the people have changed, so this phase of diet starts 30 days prior to the starting of the actual HCG injections or drops.
Firstly the HCG Diet will be discussed with extra care taken to include the food items – to be taken list. A point to be noted is all food has to be organic and there should be no trace of chemicals in them. There is a requirement for fruits like apple and grape fruit – they regulate blood sugar, reduce appetite and releases fat in addition, use of apple cider, hot peppers and cinnamon in salads as it stimulates the metabolism.
Eating a good breakfast and six meals is recommended to reset metabolism high that will help in releasing abnormal fat reserves; the fat used for cooking is raw coconut oil. The last meals before the sun sets should be rich 100 gm. protein. Include Probiotics in diet – the friendly bacteria improve digestion in the form of powder or plain yoghurt and consume whole food supplements to add roughage or fibre to the diet.
Drinking of green tea and yerba mate tea as they regulate hunger, reduces appetite and drink a gallon of spring water or mineral water that is approximately 4 litre. It has been recommended not to drink tap water as it has mineral that is toxic in nature and hence not acceptable.
Next important part is exercising regularly – simple walk is good to keep the momentum of the body. Steady pace of walking – slow rhythmic movement prepares the body steadily for the next phase of the HCG protocol. The whole process gears up the body and in fact it is just healthy living style that can be adopted without much extra energy. Light weight training is desirable is possible along with some full and deep breathing by in taking oxygen.
hCG Diet Plan Phase 1 is preparing the body for the 24 day marathon by loading with high fat food so that the body does not go into starvation mode during low calorie days and remain healthy to cope with weight loss after the gruelling phase is over.
