Motivation: Purchase HCG Diet Injections
Motivation is the main element in dieting. But when dieters are trying their best to lose drastic weight loss they often opt for very low calorie dieting. And with very low calorie dieting…motivation is even more vital. If dieters aren’t really motivated to stick to a VLCD…then they won’t stick to it. It’s not easy to stay on a very low calorie diet; it’s really hard actually. So when there is a lack of motivation the diet will fail; almost indefinitely.
People who find that they are struggling to stick to the very low calorie diet required by the homeopathic HCG weight loss plan will sometimes say that as a new motivation they are going to spend more of their hard earned money. They are going to go out and purchase HCG diet injections and try the diet again.
Sounds ridiculous, right? It’s like the really rich parents who tell their kids that they won’t pay for college for their child because they think that their kid will appreciate their education more if they have to spend their own money on it. It sounds logical. I can see some logic in it. This is the line of reasoning that people are using when they go out to purchase HCG diet injections as motivation for sticking to the protocol. They think if more of their money is on the line they will have a harder time slipping off the diet.
In most cases going out to purchase HCG diet injections purposefully as a motivator results in one thing: a failed trip. This motivation technique doesn’t work. Sticking to the homeopathic HCG diet weight loss plan is tough. But spending more money and then trying the same dieting protocol again with more money on the line is not a good decision. Why?
The diet is the same; virtually simultaneous between homeopathic HCG weight loss plans and HCG diet injections based plans. You have to follow all the same eating rules. If you’re already having difficulty sticking to these rules what makes you think that you can do any better with the additional responsibilities that come with HCG diet injections. You’ll have to involve a doctor at this point. And deal with the added stress that needles bring to the table.
Instead of reaching for motivation through spending more money dieters should consider relaxation techniques. Relax, sit back and relax. And consider the day. When you’ve had a hard day it’s usually the diet’s way of telling us that something is off. We’re missing something or doing something wrong. Maybe we’re not drinking enough water. Maybe we need to decrease the amount of activity we’re indulging in. Maybe we need to remember to measure our foods. Any number of things could be the cause of the “bad day.”
Do your best to take what can only be described as a really hard day and change it into a positive thing. It can be the point at which you noticed that something needed to change. It made you aware of a problem. The problem could be that you aren’t getting enough water or that you need to try a different herbal tea or that you need to quit making exceptions. The bad day is over. It was tough. And it was not fun. But stuff like that happens sometimes. You might even find that you’ll have another hard day tomorrow. Sometimes it’s unavoidable. But think of it this way…by the time you sit down and think about it and decide it deserves to be labeled a “bad day” it’s usually at the end of the day and it’s over. And you made it through just fine.
Think about it each night. When you head to bead try to identify a few things that you can do to make tomorrow a good day. If youre plans don’t come to fruition then you can take comfort from knowing that it’s totally normal. Hard days have to pop up now and then so that we notice when we have a GOOD day! And they also have to pop up so that we can identify what makes a good day and a hard day so we can aim for one and avoid the other. You know what you want to work on…and you are working on it (or you wouldn’t be reading dieting articles). Don’t spend so much energy on thinking about your hard days and just how HARD they were! Save some energy for contemplating the good days and how to make more of them.
