Phase 2 – Detailed HCG Diet
CENTRAL PHASE (23-40 HCG applications) -Here is when you start the 500-calorie diet for days. At this point the HCG will be ready to mobilize the stored fat to generate the energy necessary for the metabolism of your body.
Should start to lose weight very quickly, especially for the first week of diet. This phase of the 500-kcal diet lasts for 26 days and over 55 days of diet, being in the protocol of 40 HCG applications. (TYPES OF PROTOCOLS), depending on how much weight you want to lose. Continue to use HCG every day according to the dosage and schedule prescribed.
Start the 500-calorie diet on day 3 of the HCG diet and application, i.e. after the second day of Phase 1. Continue to weigh yourself every morning and always record your weight and measurements. Do not be too worried about day-to-day fluctuations.
· If your weight loss stays the same for 4-6 days in a row you will have to review your program and re-evaluate to end your weight loss plateau.
· Vigorous exercise is not allowed during this phase. If you feel good, even some type of exercise can be performed, but light (30 min walk) preferably do no type of exercise.
· Let your energy levels be your guide. Do not overdo it. This will not only make you feel weak and tired but will also cause a significant increase in hunger and possible water retention in the body.
