PHASE 3 – STABILIZATION PHASE in HCG Diet

STABILIZATION PHASE in HCG Diet

The stabilization phase is the most important phase of the protocol. This phase is not limited to only 21 days of the protocol, it can be extended until you reach your goal of weight loss. When you are approaching the desired weight, we recommend a transition from the very low-calorie diet to a controlled diet with moderate calorie restriction. But avoid sugar and starch completely to keep your weight stable.

Following the indications in this HCG Diet phase, you will reset your hypothalamus and the weight of your body at an ideal point. This is the phase where you will reset the organism to its highest normal state, eliminate future anxieties, constant hunger and avoid the abnormal concentration of fat in your body in the problem areas (arms, abdomen, legs, hips, etc.).

This phase is simple: For 21 days immediately the next day that phase 2 has finished with the strict 500 calorie diet, you are authorized to eat any type of food in the quantities you want: of course, there will be exceptions like the ones we name right away:

· No sugar, dextrose, honey, molasses or any sweetener.
· No flours, including bread, pasta, any product with wheat, white rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, cassava, plantain.
· NO restaurant food.
· NO oils, whether hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated.
· NO nitrates.
· Limit the use of prescribed or non-prescribed medications.
· Limit cold drinks.

You have to continue weighing each morning, after eliminating the bladder without fail. It will take three weeks for your body to stabilize after phase 2, which is why it is important to continue weighing in the future. While your weight is in a range of 2 pounds more or 2 pounds less since the last drop, your body is fine. At the moment when the scale rises more than 2 pounds, even for a few ounces more, you have to follow the following steps:

1. The same day you notice that you gained weight, avoid eating during the day until 6 pm During that period, drink as much water as you can up to 1 gallon. Take 1/2 gallon of pure water. and the other 1/2. At 6 p.m. eat the biggest steak you can find (hopefully organic), You can cook it to the grill or fried with coconut oil and season it with pepper and natural herbs but do not use salt. Also accompany this steak with a large raw (organic) tomato or a large (organic) apple.

It is important that this step. you cannot postpone this step for the next day. Weighing yourself every day is very important in this phase. Because the hypothalamus is being corrected from that abnormal condition, when you gain weight the body will not keep the excess fat in your problem areas.

During this phase 3 HCG Diet you will feel a lack of appetite and a feeling of fullness before finishing the meal on the plate. Then Stop eating!

It is important that you eat a full breakfast, lunch and dinner and make three snacks during the day and ideally you would accompany the meal with an apple, grapefruit, eat slowly and chew your food very well and when you feel full. Stop eating.

This phase will help you change your eating habits and play an important part in your weight problem.
