PHASES OF THE HCG DIET
HCG Diet – Phase 1
As part of Phase 1, it is important that eating enough food correctlyfor the first 2 days, that you must take foods which is rich in calories, very high in fat and in sugar content. There is no limit on the number of calories or the types of foods. Sweets, cookies, ice cream, fried foods, etc. They are all accepted foods. Phase 1 is a very important part of the HCG diet. It is common for people to gain from 1 kilo to a kilo and a half in the first two days. Do not worry, you will lose everything in the next 48 hours. IF IT “LOADS” CORRECTLY, OR DOES NOT, IT WILL LOWER THE SAME, SO BETTER “LOAD”.
HCG Diet – Phase 2
At day 3 of the HCG diet He/She must still feel completely satisfied on the third day due to his/her “loading” days. This is the day that you start eating a strict diet of 500 calories as you will be told. We must emphasize that you need to drink water constantly. You should drink at least three liters of water a day. This will help to expel all the accumulated toxins that are stored in your body. People who do not drink enough water may experience headaches as their body releases stored fats and toxins. You can take an aspirin, paracetamol or Ibuprofen if you experience headaches. You will experience some hunger during days 4-7. This is common, but it will happen while the HCG is incorporated into your system and begins to suppress your appetite.
You will find that by following the Dr. Simeóns diet and only eating the right foods in the right amounts, your weight loss will be maximized and you will be much happier at the end of all phases of the diet. Drinks and Condiments
The juice of one lemon a day is allowed for all purposes. Salt, pepper, vinegar, powdered mustard, garlic, basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, etc., can be used as condiments, but oil, butter are not allowed.
Use fresh herbs and spices. Patients who do not check the hidden sugar in the condiments have often had a negative effect on their weight loss. They will also be more successful in measuring your sodium (salt) intake.
Tea, coffee, jug water, or mineral water are the only authorized beverages that can be taken in any quantity and at any time.
Fruit or bread can be eaten between meals instead of being eaten with lunch or dinner.
Medications or cosmetics other than lipstick, eyebrow pencils and powder can be used without special permission.
“In Mexico we find specially prepared foods without sugar and low-calorie foods and they are easily accessible and some of these can be used provisionally … the total daily intake should not exceed 500 calories to obtain the best results, the daily ration should contain 200 gramsof protein without fat and a small amount of starch.

Two small apples are not acceptable for an “apple” exchange.

100 grams of skim milk or light cream is allowed from time to time to be used in the place of the meat.
