The HCG Diet Plan You Can Do!
So you have committed to the idea of the HCG diet. You ordered the product and are anxiously awaiting its arrival. So what should you do while waiting for this amazing product? Although it is not mandatory for the diet, Albert T. Simeons suggested a lemonade colon cleanse prior to the start of the diet. Before starting the cleanse research the phenomenon. There are many books on the subject that will guide you safely through the process. While most people recommend a minimum of ten days, you can do as much as you wish. Don’t like the idea of a lemonade colon cleanse, then don’t worry. You can either partake in any cleanse you feel comfortable with or none at all if you prefer.
Here We Go Phase 1!
Special note when starting the diet: 30 minutes before each major meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) remember to place 10 drops under your tongue and hold them there for approximately 60 seconds
Phase one lasts the first two days of the program. During this time you will start taking the HCG drops, and eat every fattening thing you want. Yes it says every fattening thing you want. The goal of Phase one is to store fat as energy for Phase two. Do not under any circumstance skip this step, it is vital to the success of the plan! This phase will provide you energy for the rest of the diet. So remember take your drops three times a day and eat all the ice cream, cake, burgers, bread, and fried chicken you want!
Phase Two Time to Get Serious! (3-34)
Today is the day you will begin the low calorie portion of the diet. Continue to take your HCG. You are now required to weigh yourself each morning when you wake up and use the restroom. You should expect to lose 1 to 2 lbs a day. Remember drink a lot of water during this time.
The Final Phase… Three! (34-36)
On day 34 you will discontinue the use of the drops, but maintain your low calorie intake. This will help the drops to leave your system, and prepare for normal food in phase four. Also continue to weigh yourself each morning and continue to drink water.
WOW Phase Four!
After you are finished and reach day 37 you can add normal foods back into your life. Try your best to maintain a healthy eating style and avoid sugar and starch. For best results try dairy, nuts, good fats, fruits and protein. Remember to exercise and drink lots of water.
If you want to return to the diet you must wait the amount of time you were on the diet. For example if you were on it for 30 days you must wait 30 days before returning to the HCG diet. Remember to always start back at Phase one if you wish to continue with the HCG diet.
